Always go to Dawn at IMP. Have done for years as the service is so fast, efficient and accurate. Dawn explains all my available options and I've gone back time and time again for every mortgage.and remortgage. Can't recommend enough.

Can’t thank Dawn enough for the advice, help and smooth process of buying two properties recently. She was on the ball from the word go finding the best mortgages and keeping me right with everything, even once I got the keys there was a check in text from her to make sure everything was ok with the properties. All the daft questions I may of had were answered promptly and Dawn kept me right. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again in future.

Dawn has helped my boyfriend and I over the past year and a bit to get our first mortgage and move into our new build home.
We didn’t know where to start with mortgages, life insurance, home insurance etc but Dawn kept us right the whole way and made everything feel easy.

Excellent service from Dawn and the team, always professional and really friendly. So helpful from initial contact through to securing mortgage and after sales care. Always available on phone or by email at short notice and extremely helpful with explanations of the ins and outs and bits that us normal people don't understand. I was passed on to IMP from 2 friends, and have already passed on Dawns contact details to friends/family. Could not fault this service and comes highly highly recommended from me.
