Dawn was excellent at supporting a first home purchase. Being a first-time buyer and having no idea where to even start, Dawn was so helpful every step of the way; from initial enquiry, supporting with mortgage, protections etc, and lots of first-time buyer questions. Dawn responded to calls/emails quickly and was always calm with her approach. Genuinely cannot put into words how helpful and kind Dawn has been. Dawn was recommended to us and we're so glad we listened! She helped us throughout the process of buying our first home and we truly would have been lost without her.
